Members Jeroen
Talking about one like this: http://www.marktplaats.nl/foto.php3?g=muziek&u=elektrgitaren&ID=44919 I wonder, are those guitars worth the money? expensive for Mexican guitars, aren't they? So are they worth the money, do they sound and play okay (also for for example harder 'rock'-styles)?
Members BootRoots
I picked up mine with a case for around 450 and its one of my main gigging guitars. I absolutly love it.
Members Jeroen
For what sort of music do you use it? I've heard it's okay for things like country, but I'm personally more into distortion types of music.
Members NashSG
The Tele Thinlines with the two pickups are some hidden beasties, as they sound great with an amp setup with some gain. Those humbuckers are great. I don't know how much the semi hollow body adds to the sound, as the local store around here doesn't have one of the Deluxes to compare. I haven't seen one of the models with the single coils, but the build quality on the two humbucker is quite good.
Members Digital Dexterity 13
Many MIM Teles are really good. I've got a Nashville that I'm crazy about. The Classics are good, too. But the Thinlines... oh jeez, I really want one but they just seem a few bucks off on quality. I keep looking at them. The only one that really knocks my socks off are the OLD ones, from the 70s. So I'll save the bucks up and buy a G&L someday. The Bluesboy in particular is a sweeties. Only it costs more than grand.
