Members Jaggery
I have Rio grande pups on the middle and bridge. They are a little hot. I want something lower and sweeter. Thanks
Members LAracer
I put some "vintage alnico staggered strat pickups" from GFS in my squier. They had a noticeably lower output than the stock squier pickups (which were quite muddy), and they sound clearer and brighter. I made some cheesy recordings and compared them in this thread These were definitely an upgrade from my stock pickups, but they may be a downgrade from yours.
