What are the differences between Tyler and Suhr Strat type guitars?

Pat, I think I'm wanting the Tyler, but couldn't I get a big neck on a Suhr and get the same woody tone :confused:

the suhrs just seem to have more brightness, more articulation. even w/ a big suhr neck, i still think its gonna be more bright and not as thick. nothing wrong w/ that, its just different.

the tylers just seem to be more woody - bigger.

ed and noel have both spent tons of time w/ both, they could probably explain it better.
