Members euclid
I'm not so sure what to call this problem.. But let me try to describe it. I have an Ibanez RG 570 with the HSH configuration that I recently re-puped with a Dimarzio Evolution and a Duncan Distortion. I love the new sound, but whenever I strum a cord and then mute, it's almost as if the pickups are amplifying the vibration of the springs holding the bridge. I mean, it is LOUD! Is there any kind of packing I can put around those springs that will keep this from occurring? I
Members Mike_E_McGee
I put a small piece of foam under my trem springs to prevent this. It's worked for me for years.
