Members social Posted August 4, 2005 Members Share Posted August 4, 2005 Generally, with the shaft of the pot facing up, the left most terminal will be ground the middle will be the pickups coming into the pot, and the far right lug of the pot will be to the switch. Members Armitage Posted August 4, 2005 Members Share Posted August 4, 2005 If it's not conected to anything, putting your leads on the outside lugs will tell you it's value. Say 500k for a HB equipt guitar. If you connect to the inner lug and to an outside lug and turn the control, the signal will rise and fall showing any faults.
