I keep telling people he didn't tank after Cream, there was still Blind Faith and Derek and the Dominoes.

Then he tanked. I love so much from that album, but Bell Bottom Blues is a fave.

Yeah, I've always felt that Derek and the Dominoes was EC's high water mark...which, coincidentally is when he was at a very low point in his personal life.

I guess it just goes to show that the blues is best when it comes from a life filled with misery.
