Members Jeroen
Haven't done it yet, but the the volume potmeter on my PRS SE EG really has to be replaced. I have a new potmeter and a soldering device (what's the proper English word for that?). Costing me about 5 euros in total by the way, thought it would be more... But before I begin, any advice? It will probably not be that big a deal, but it never hurts to ask some more experienced people for tips...
Members k4df4l
if you want to read some soldering tutorials/tips/ect, a google search on "how to solder" yeilds good results. Work in a "comfortable" space whre you are not doing stuff in an awkward manner...remember to keep the iron away from the guitar body and other wires/electronics. Make sure you have a safe place to rest the iron while it's hot and you are not using it in the guitar.
