Members chiro972
I can't get used to my squier 51 dry neck and was thinking of getting some vintage amber spray satin lacquer from reranch. Anyone ever do something like this? Is it an easy job? Anyone know where I can get a waterslide headstock decal made for me? I don't like the squier decal and don't want a bootleg fender, just something classy that will make it my own.
Members OrvilleGibson
I've done it. Not hard - just tedious with the sanding. I've found dry sanding to be much easier than wet sanding, though. If you haven't done it before, you're better off taking it to somebody who has the rig for it. Not that you can't do it yourself, though.
