Members RoboCop00
I bought new Straplocks for my Strat, and they work fine, but the strap buttons are a little bit shakey (they go loose after a bit). I've rescewed tightly many times and they keep going loose. One of my friends told me to do this: Take some elmer's glue and swab it on on the end of a tooth pick. Put that end into the hole for the screw, and let it dry there over night. The next day, break off the top of the toothpick and screw the strap button back in. Members batotman
Just break off a piece or two of a toothpick (depending on how big the hole is worn....one should suffice) and then screw it in. Has worked fined for me in the past.

Members jonny guitar
Unless the hole is too big, you can just put some glue on the screw and put it in...that will stop it from coming unscrewed.

Members danolovesjesus
That sounds like that would completely destroy the tone of your strap locks.
