Members YTLP
Where do you have your rear strap button located? Do you have it like this? Or on the tip of the wing? My V (not pictured) is slightly neck heavy with the strap button at the tip. Will the guitar balance better and not do a nose dive with the button located where it is in the photo? Thank! Members yabba
I've since sold this guitar, but it balanced _perfectly_ with the strap button right in the "crotch" of the V: (where sadly you can't see it in this, the only picture I have online at the moment) (I can get a picture online that shows the strap button in the next couple days if you'd like)
Members YTLP
I thought about placing it in the crotch but I use Schaller strap locks and thought there might be an issue with the lock gouging the finish.

The strap button on mine is in the same spot as pictured on the Epiphone photo you posted. I have not had any problem with it taking a nose dive. Members YTLP
Thanks for the input everyone. If the Schallers will fit without digging into the finish I'd like to place it in the crotch. I guess I'll have to give it a closer look.
Members GCDEF
Mine's under the top wing about an inch in from the end. Seems to work well there. No noticable balance problems for me.
