Members gusfinley
I've got a Gibson Special Double cut with P-90's. Its significantly thinner than a Les Paul standard. I've got a Les Paul case and I've noticed that when I put the guitar in the case that the neck isn't laying flat against the neck supports... and when I lock the case down it seem like it pushes the neck down against the supports. Is the guitar body just hanging in air? Is this sort of thing detrimental to my guitar? What kind of "filler" could I put in the bottom of the case that would allow the guitar to sit in there right, while not harming the finish? Members T3
could you just fold a towel under the body?
Members Pepi
I have the same issue with a case. I use a towel to support the neck. And yes, not supporting the neck could cause issues.
