Twisted neck needs help..

I'm using the strings of gauge 009 to 046 (hybrid ones)

 

and I think this caused a slight twist of the neck. Namely the neck is straighter on one side than on another.... say when I fret the first fret and the 12th fret, and check the height of the string over the 6th fret, it's about 0.3~0.4mm on the Low E string, and about 0.1 or less on the High E string.

 

but~ I have to mention it, the gutiar is working in a very good condition, no buzzing, nothing makes it awkward to play.

 

But is the neck a problem.... and should I change to a regular gauge~? (009 to 042 or 010 to 046).
