Tune-o-matic just has notched saddles, a roller bridge decreases string breakage and increases tuning stability by reducing friction at the contact point. The Schaller is probably top-grade steel, so you would probably note a slightly greater amount of "body" to your notes and also a slight increase in sustain. I assume you mean this bridge. Members zosoKing5 Posted June 14, 2006 Author Members Share Posted June 14, 2006 yep, thats a bridge. im looking to upgrade the nasty tarnished bridge and stop on my epi les paul, as they done look like a good tarnish, just a acid deterioration, frankly it doesnt look aged, just gross.
