Members TELE2000
Hi! I've been listening to the sound-demos on the SD homepage and they seem to sound quite similar. What are the differences between those PUs??? Thanks! TELE2000
Members epicustom87
I dont have much experience with the SH-5, other then playing Schecters that come with them, But i have the SH-4 in my Epi Les Paul, and i love it! It's incredibly versitle, and goes through effects nicely. It has a clean enough output to sound sweet while playing clean arpegios, ( i play at church, so sometimes I need this tone.) but It has enough outpu to start pushing the amp at higher volumes. I'd definitely say check it out.

Members Nephilim-777
IMO the magnets, and the SH-5 is slightly more mid-scooped. Bewarned, most people do not like either of these in bright guitars. Not, me though I
Members maxnew40
I like Alnico magnet pickups better than ceramic myself. Metal guys seem to like the ceramic pickups better. Max
