Strat people: how do you deal with the volume knob?

Looks like I'm ready to hop aboard the Start train! Thank you all!! I'll make an attempt to post pics when I get it, but keep in mind it'll be a MIM. I'll probably get it in Midnight Wine color with a maple fretboard. I've always wanted a maple fretboard.

 

 

Pull the trigger dude, I'm thinking about it myself, and trust me it's worth it. The advantages to having one volume are really good too. I have a strat (copy) and it doesn't bother me any, but I do find it very useful.
