Members aero90
I started to install the control pots in a rear-routed Warmoth strat I'm putting together, and had a problem. There's this tab on the top of the pot body (you can see it on the left in the picture) that keeps the pot from going in the hole far enough to get the nut on the outside. Am I supposed to grind off this tab, bend it down, or what?
Members Pseudocaster
Thats a locator tab thats supposed to stop the pot from turning once it is tightened down. I usually snap them off with a pair of needle nose pliers if they get in the way.

Members aero90
Thanks, I'll just snip it off. Chorus, I always wondered how those things worked...
