($664 USD) An Ibanez RG570 with v8 at the bridge. ($820 USD) An ESP LTD EX-50 with an ESP LH-100 at the bridge. ($319 USD). I liked the el cheapo stock LTD pickups the best, followed by the v8, followed by the EMG 81. I guess I'm a passive pickup kind of guy. Anyone else prefer passives over actives for metal?
