WHatever the excuse, it looks like they are just covering for Zakk's buddies at 357 ie (his old tour manager Tim Bolin, Daniel Baugess who played Zakk and rode Motorcycles for him in his video, and his confidant and webmaster who was "in the money" with 357 Chad Dyer.
