Members dan0311 Posted April 17, 2007 Members Share Posted April 17, 2007 I just put a JB/Jazz combination on an Ibanez RG570. The JB is very very bright and the Jazz doesn't really bring it to the table on leads. Seems a little too thin and stratty. Wishing I had gotten a little ballsier neck pickup. The 59 you have in there is a way better pickup than the J*zz, which is the dullest pickup in the world.....as I don't associate neck pups with heavy distortion I would suggest a DiMarzio Evolution or Breed neck?
