Members Coverdale
No search so... What can you guys tell me about the RBM line? I know there are a few models, and Reb said that all of them suck besides the Koa top one... But what is your experience with them? The RBM10 can be had for around

Members C-Hawks
The RBM1 is an excellent guitar and the RBM2 is even better. I'd avoid the other models. Basically, the painted ones that have gold hardware and a pick guard are inferior. I had a first-issue RBM1 made in '91 from Japan. Great guitar. They were only made in black, red or blue, with back hardware and no pick guard. The RBM2 was Koa with EMGs. After the first year or two they switched manufacturing to Korea and the quality took a nose-dive. That's when the RBM10s and whatever variations came out. Members Coverdale
Do you have any idea of the prices? And even those RB10's and 400's... Would you say they're good value if found cheap? Or shouldn't I even bother? Thanks
Members C-Hawks
I sold my RBM1 for $650 three years ago on eBay. I guess an RBM10 would be worth a couple hundred? I don't know much about the RBM400.

Members Mart
I've got one , many years ago I needed a guitar in the superstrat line. I had a Warwick Thumb bass which I was'nt using and thought it a waste just to have laying around so I approached a collector who let me try ten or so guitars in the catagory with which he would do a straight swap. I tried PRS Eggel , Fender , Blade ,nearly took an SG home just to have something and then he said ' oh, I've got a Reb Beach hardrock guitar ' , I'd never heard of it and excpected to see something like a BC Rich , but before I had time to say no he'd taken it out of the case. It was love at first sight, the action was perfect the koa top stunning and I could feel the sustain ringing when I played it. I did'nt even try it through an amp Now I know what it is !!! I feel so lucky to own one of only a hundred ever made ( not excluding the ones lost and destroyed ) . This one is in Belgium , where are the others scatterd accross the GLOBE ?
