Members dadaduck
I'm curious: how do the Warmoth Hollow Tele replacement bodies (the ones with multiple cavities) compare to the sound and feel of the Thinline bodies?
Members Stirt
I have one of each. The hollow will be much more like a solid body than a Thinline. The Thinline has the dramatic bump in midrange that we all know and love. I dig Thinlines for the detailed mids and tonal vibe they throw out. A hollow Tele will be lighter in weight of course than a solid, but also vibrate more. I get great sustain from that body as well and to me it just sounds very balanced and musical.
