Members Steve Drojo
Just wondering what won't damage the brass and also want to clean up tuners as well. Baking soda and water and toothbrush, perhaps?Suggestions?
Members Mr. Steve
I used Brasso on the guitars I have owned that had brass string nuts and bridge/saddles. Make sure you put some graphite in any grooves after you wipe all the Brasso off. Are your tuners brass?
Members IG0R
I use Flitz metal polish for just about anything metal. It's non-abrasive and can be used on fiberglass as well.

Members Harry-L
I've also used ceramic cooktop cleaner on brass and gold to get the gunk off.

Flitz is certainly the best metal polish that I've ever used.
