Posted a thread a couple weeks ago about my Gibson CS '57 Goldtop Darkback Reissue that had a deffective truss rod. Sent it back, fearing it would take forever.

 

But I shipped it last Tuesday, arrived at Gibson Repair on the Friday of that week, got my new *VOS*!!!! Goldtop yesterday. Took em 4 business days.

 

So no complaints with their customer service, cheers to Gibson!
