Members voneville
So here's the deal. I got a Ross Distortion pedal at an antique store and I love it, I haven't played guitar this much in a while. So I recorded a song today using 3 of my Tele's. One for rhythym, one for lead, and one for bass. If you read my posts you might know which tele's I have, but I'm assuming no one reads them or cares, so here they are: MIM Tele with Texas Specials Bastardcaster Tele with P90 and Squier Custom Tele (H+H). No post production, everything is guitar+pedal and EQ on the amp. Anyway, the sound definatley reminds me of the stooges, so the song I recorded is in the vein of Search and Destroy, but I don't play covers, so I took the old delta tradition of making it my own, it's called Heart Full of Napalm http://www.dereksikesphotography.com/heartfullofnapalm.mp3 I'm still learning to play with a drum machine, so bear with me please! Also, I've pretty much only played punk for 15 or so years, I'm not a good rock lead guitarist, and I'm not very good at recording with a laptop. I used mixcraft.
