Members Mygal
I've read somewhere that ESP sometimes give (small) retailers a hard time, I don't know if they are picky or awkward. But it seems like they have a customer service that's not very appreciated by (some) retailers.

Members aliensporebomb
Tried a couple ESP LTD guitars and was pleasantly surprised at the build quality and the wood. They had four, two without whammiesand two with but they all had either Duncans or EMG low-impedanceelectronics and the wood was nice and resonant. Fretwork was better than decent and I suspect anyone could gig with them. The real things (The ESPs) are probably killer if they're better.
