Or are you just referring to the Black Beauty thats been out for a long time?I have one:I love it!! It plays very nice and sounds great. So the gold stays nice. But when I do play it, I wipe it down with a soft cloth afterwards. The only problem I have with this guitar is that the middle pickup gets in the way a little bit. And when you have it activated you can hear your pick hitting it from your amp. But it doesn't bother me at all, and it's a small price to pay for such an EXTREMELY cool guitar!!
