Members Hammer97e
I am wiring up a new pickguard with new Texas Specials pups, new pots and a new switch. While looking at diagrams I have noticed that ehe standard Strat wiring has the cap on the bottom pot, while the I see other diagrams that have the cap on the middle pot, such as the SRV sig Strat that comes with Texas Specials. I guess my question is what should I do? Looks like my options are either cutting treble on the neck pup like the SRV or on the middle pup like the Standard. Members axegrinder
Usually the choice is neck & middle (std.) OR neck & bridge. I like having control of the bridge pickup for an SSS setup.
