Members paulbriggs
Hi Willett You should check out www.djmandrick.com for some of the best tutorials around. A 2 hour read through that site will answer most of your questions. Hope this is of some help to you. Paul

Members SUPERBANANABOMB
Here's my advice: If you are really serious about scratching/DJ'ing, don't go cheap. There's so many crappy turntables out there and it's easy for a newbie to get discouraged if they buy the cheap {censored}. My advice if you REALLY want to get into DJ'ing is check out Stanton turntables. Any model that is T80 or higher is decent enough. I think that the STR8-150 is the best turntable in the world, personally. As far as a mixer, that depends on what you plan on doing. If you're wanting to scratch, I'd recommend a UREI 1601S. They just got discontinued a couple months ago and they are selling dirt cheap. They are amazing mixers with buttery-smooth faders, great sound quality, a built in sampler and an effects loop! I got mine for like $300! Don't go cheap... you'll regret it!!!
