I am thinking about getting one and wanted some opinions about the differences between the two. A lot of people complain about the pickups, would it be worthwhile to buy one and replace pickups, or just start off with a more expensive guitar? One of my buddies bought a 3 grand ES-335 and changed the pickups for this same reason. So yes, IMO it's worth replacing the pickups. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
