Members Burgess
Call MF's customer support and tell them it doesn't work. They'll email to you the return postage so you can print it out on your PC. Return the wah to them and they'll send you a new one.

Members Tissot
As for how to use it: yup, did that, as far as im concerned with shipping and stuff, beng in Canada i had to pay an outrageous 32 bucks for shipping on top of duty, so it's not like them refunding the wah pedal will make me happy as i'll be out almost 50 bucks anyway, and that upsets me greatly. Members gschmittling
I have a used one from the 90's that works perfectly. If you want to save some cash. No box or anything though, but it works great!
