I'm looking to upgrade the pickups in the Johnson 335 copy I have and I'm looking at alnico 2 (or other suggestions of good splitting/tapping pickups) pickups especially to run a coil split/tap (could someone tell me the difference between the two and explain parallel/series as well?)
