Members drixll Posted January 27, 2009 Members Share Posted January 27, 2009 Anybody play an unfinished neck? i have the jackson namm soft carved arch top tiger eye soloist from 2008. i love the neck; it's just now starting to cure. it's so much easier to slide the thumb up the neck without any finish on it. Members marvo Posted January 27, 2009 Members Share Posted January 27, 2009 My musicman has unfinished neck,they put some sort of wax and gunstock oil on it,just love the feel of it, so nice and smooth no sticky feeling.Gonna do the same to my godin,just so much nicer to play,me thinks anyway.
