Mark Wein
I have a new lessons series on my site - Pentatonic Cellmates!Kind of a goofy name but it was a joke with one of my classes that inspired this lesson...tI'm just trying to break down the pentatonic scales (minor in this case) into small chunks that we can move around the fretboards and build melodies and sequences from. This is more of a "get your feet wet" lesson and next week we'll get further in depth. You can get the printable notation here: http://markweinguitarlessons.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=127:pentatonic-cellmates-1&catid=4:pentatonic-scales&Itemid=25 Part 2 is also posted: http://markweinguitarlessons.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=128%3Apentatonic-cellmates-2&catid=4%3Apentatonic-scales&Itemid=25 I should be cranking these out one a week for a while..
