Members Lukedirkse
I have a strong falsetto but it deteriorates as the day progresses. Often by night my falsetto is a rasp. I hate the inconsistency because I have gigs at night. Help!

Moderators davie Posted October 4, 2013 Moderators Share Posted October 4, 2013 My guess is that you might be using too much air and over-blowing your vocal cords. For me personally, I find that my falsetto actually gets stronger throughout the day. I don't usually sing in the morning though. But most of the time I would just start the day with practicing falsetto sirens non-stop until the thick morning voice goes away.
