Members lagunagrande Posted October 12, 2013 Members Share Posted October 12, 2013 Well, got bored today so I decided to stroll through the local GC (bad idea by the way), when I came upon the JBL PRX635 for $799 a peice (they've been trying to get rid of them for months). Well, I fiddled with those and liked them but they just weren't as clear sounding as I thought they would be, so I kept looking. Came across the PRX 715, tested those out and was blown away by them! Got the pair (with a $50 deduction on one because it was a floor model) for $2200 including two year pro coverage on both. Messed around with them at home and all I can say is it's a night and day difference compared to my Peavey 1012's; which I am still going to use as monitors/backups.
