Members econ Posted August 19, 2006 Members Share Posted August 19, 2006 I have no way of trying any nylon strings with thinner necks due to a lack of availability of these guitars where I live. I have a chance to buy on of these two models. Which one would you recommend and why? Members Freeman Keller Posted August 21, 2006 Members Share Posted August 21, 2006 I would ask about the martin at the UMGF and the taylor at AGF. And that would be a hard call for me - both companies are not noted for nylon string guitars, both are built rather like a steel string (X bracing rather than fan), but I think both are good guitars. I believe the Martin has electronics and the Taylor doesn't if that makes a difference.
