    I was thinking of getting the KV5 a while ago, but I'm sticking with getting a KV2.

      i have an RR5 hardtail model and I love it. Plays like a dream and sounds fantastic. Most of those come with the Jazz/JB combo but mine came with dual JBs. Regardless, they're well built and great playing guitars for the money.

              Aye, I had an RR5 hardtail and it was sexy as! Neck was gorgeous.

              I'm more wondering what these 5s are like with the Floyd Rose bridges.

              I came to the same conclusion; wait it out for a USA Select. But I have an opportunity to get a 5 a bit cheaper.

                The Floyds are like some 2000 series or something. Not licensed, but they're MIK I think.
