Members jonathan_matos5
i dont have any money and i dont know how to play, but one day i would like to have money for playing tenor horn. i mentioned my desire to play tenor horn in a brass band to my teacher and he sarcastically said "good luck" because ill have a hard time finding a tenor horn or a brass band to play one for in the US. who makes a tenor horn? Members soundministries
Yamaha, Besson, Wilson, Kanstul to name some of the better quality horns. Brass bands may not be as popular in the US but they are out there and are a blast to play in. They are still very popular in Europe.
Members sunburstbasser
You could play it in a jazz band too for an uber-phat sound that the flugel players will be envious of.

Members Last in Line
I have a Chinese made alto horn and it is probably the worst brass instrument I've ever played. Leaky valves is the downfall.

I don't think you would have a hard time finding one, chinese made ones, and Conn and King tenor / alto horns are on e-bay all the time for under $100. But refer to my previous post to see what I have to say about them.
