CMS Author Craig Vecchione Posted February 9, 2007 CMS Author Share Posted February 9, 2007 Is it possible to achieve two independant L and R mono mixes on this unit? Yes. Though it's not explained very well, Shure's website has the owner's manuals online and it's described there. Basically it's just a matter of choosing the correct mode. Members rinkydinkron
Why would you? No idea,i have been informed that in "mixmode" the isolation between the two channels is not 100%.
Members milesdf
I think you are refering to the mode it has where it mixes the L&R channels down to mono with a knob letting you control the ratio. this is so that an individual performer can have the band on one channel and his vocal on the other so he can mix his vocal in to his taste. in normal mode the L&R are seperate, at least im pretty sure. Members bstaley
I have two PSM400 transmitters and four receivers. We do four entirely separate mixes. No bleedthrough at all.
Members Skykrab
I'm picking up a PSM 400 and an Aviom a-16ii/AN-16/i this week...This will allow me 16 inputs (Direct outs FOH console into AN-16/1 and routed to individual mixer A-16ii via cat 5 and out into PSM 400) to chose for my specific monitor mix...anybody else tried this?
