Members Mike M Posted March 19, 2018 Members Share Posted March 19, 2018 Well, it was Monday xlr cable assembly day for me... I need a few extra, so why not, "wind my own". Upon opening the bag of a Neutrik jack, the inner sleeve was stuck (jammed) in the outer receiver.... I could not get it out...needle-nosed plyers 'n all... I went on Neutrik's site for some help...nothing...so I sent them an email. Two hours later I (little me) received a call from a rep, I explained the issue, and they are sending me another receiver/inner sleeve assembly. Ok, a $4 jack.. I get it..but Neutrik took the time to get back to me pronto... It's not the $ but the principle of service.... A lesson for the "big guys"???
