Members Rasmus-DK
Well here they are.. http://www.fatar.com/Studiologic/Pages/intro_cat.htm The VMK176 76 graded hammer weighted keys, metal frame (as far as I can see) etc..: http://www.fatar.com/Studiologic/Pages/VMK_176.html (and the price? - I have seen it for 525 euro..) And the waterfall key VMK161 Organ - which I have seen for 444 euro (this one definitely "looks metal" too and aren't those sides made in brown plastic as to resemble faux wood? -I really like this one...) Anywho - I just "tripped over them" at a German site and thought I wanted to share:)
Members vamp hunter d
like the organ one. Has a cool older look to it and looks like its built to last.
Members jessecee
plastic with flimsy knobs and sliders that wiggle, they were on display at the Musik Messe.
Members Vinnie Vintage
Found virtually nothing on these new controllers on the interweb. Anyone know when and where they'll be available in the USA?
Members niacin
The VMK-176 was reviewed in Keyboard a few months back and is available. This is the first I've heard of the waterfall keyboard.
Members jahfume
Available ""in theory""..The 88 note version is though.
Members jahfume
Just noticed the VKM 188-plus has got silver end cheeks - a bad aesthetic choise in my view. Lets hope the 76 note version has those funky black ends.

Yeah the Keyboard review put it a little more diplomatically, saying that the knobs and faders have a "less expensive feel" than the keyboard. The action on these is supposed to be really nice though... and I've always liked Fatar's weighted actions. The review also stated that all VMK controllers with a "1" as the next digit are fully weighted, but here's a semiweighted waterfall version... with that "1"... guess Fatar changed their mind.... Members niacin
not quite. Check Fatar's site. There's a VMK-161plus and a VMK-161organ. 2 different keybeds, same interface and the rest.
