Members kilon
Hi there as I have mentioned in one of my previous threads I have ordered Waldorf Blofeld. http://acapella.harmony-central.com/showthread.php?t=1826923 I have read on alot of soundonsound articles that Waldor synth have paremeters that correspond to midi message, so it is possible to control all parameters from a midi surface. Is there a midi surface that is not keyboard that can offer as many knobs as possible. I would like to have one that can unite also midi messages from my Motif ES 6 which I am going to use as a keyboard to trigger notes of Waldorf Blofeld. Thanks on advance fro your replies. Members llamastorm
Behringer's BCR2000 or BCF2000 maybe? I haven't seen them in person, and I have no idea how they would be to program. They are, however, much cheaper.
Members ShakaCthulu
Yes. First you need to find out from Waldorf how many controllable parameters the Blofeld has. Depending on the number of parameters, here's some recommendations: Encore Knobby (max 120 parameters). I have one of these for an Ensoniq ESQm, and am about to send Encore a template design that will make this an even more desirable synth interface. Kenton Spin Doctoor (16 memories, 25 banks, for total of 400 parameters). Some places are blowing these out as Kenton's discontinuing them. Same with the Behringer BC series, I think Behringer is about to come out with a new BC. I'm assuming here you just want something for around $100 to add value to your Blofeld. If you want to use it for other things and Computer, Novation SL or Bitstream would be better, though more money.

Super thanks man , the BCR2000 is exactly what I want and at the right price, 130 Euros for 24 knobs. And the good news is that I can order it from thomann as well along side my Waldorf Blofeld for free shipment Groovy!!! http://www.thomann.de/gr/behringer_bcr_2000.htm Thanks again. Thanks lhm1138 for your suggestions as well.
