comments on song (lyric,melody,production,etc)

My band, Andrew W. Shea and the Detroit Meltdown, has just completed our first demo in my basement. We would like to get some feedback.

i actually think that a good producer could work with that first song, but the second song is hopeless. oh, my comments about the mixing..... lets see here.... how about... smart ass!
