Members sempri_fi
use some 400 grit wets sandpaper (only use it dry) and sand off the finish, you're going to need to finish sand it with problably a 600-1000 grit so smooth it out so you dont have to use so much nitro to get it smooth.. Members maxnew40
Stripping a maple fretboard can be a real pain. Poly is real hard to get off but if you are carefull you can heat it with a heatgun and scrape it off. I think the proper way to do a maple fretboard is to remove the frets strip the finish refret and refinish. Max
