Dear electronic wizards, how would I rewire strat pickups to...

Heres the background first, I have a MIM 60s Classic Player Strat, with standard fender strat pickup settings of:

1. Neck

2. Neck and Middle parallel out of phase

3. Middle

4. Bridge and middle parallel out of phase

5. Bridge

Now to the point...

How would I rewire it such as with a switch I can change between the standard settings and the following:

1. Neck and Middle series in phase

2. Neck and middle series out of phase

3. Neck and bridge series in phase

4. Middle and bridge series out of phase

5. Middle and bridge series in phase

Similar to the changes on the Baja Telecaster...
