Members mprown14
So I attempted this sag box project, http://www.beavisaudio.com/Projects/DBS/, but nothing happens when i hook it up from my dunlop brick to my pedals, the signal just passes normally. Is it a problem that im using an audio taper 10k?
Moderators AMZ-FX Posted July 3, 2009 Moderators Share Posted July 3, 2009 The taper of the pot is not a problem. Set the pot to max resiatnce and measure the dc voltage before the pot and after it. Post those readings. The effect on tone can be small in many pedals, and more prominent in simple one or two transistor circuits, like boosters or fuzzfaces. regards, Jack
Members mprown14
So I checked the voltage and its around 8.2 no matter where the pot is positioned, im assuming i wired the pot inproperly?
