Members cheeseadiddle
Good shot, but you missed the target a bit on the right.
Members D Carroll
I would suggest to tune your bass drum, and put on a harder beater to get the volume, instead of beating the {censored} out of a pedal... I wonder how your bass drum head didn't break first?

I wonder how your bass drum head didn't break first? I really don't play that hard. I do play with a lot of spring tension and I like to let the beater bounce off of the head most of the time. I've never broken a bass drum head. I only had this pedal for about a year or so. I always figured it might fail somehow, since it was the cheapo pedal that came with the kit, but I never thought the foot plate would just bust in half. When I looked down and saw it like that I was quite surprised. And yes it would have been cool if it broke right on the bullseye. Guess I should work on my accuracy:)
