Members exactionfigure Posted July 20, 2006 Members Share Posted July 20, 2006 does anyone else go all digital for DJingno vinyl no cd decks just a laptop and some controllers? I'm just getting into DJing and i'm using Traktor and ableton live(I also play synth and write music)I'm not really interested in using any hardware. about 4 years ago I used to have a couple of decent turntables and I started messing around (nothing serious) and I was collecting vinyl and had a decent collection but then lost intrest when I started writing electronic music and end up selling my turntables and everything to fund more synths and music gear. but now i'm going to work on my first set and play some nights around here. just wondering if anyone else does it all or mostly digital. also what do you guys think of the new M-audio software that's coming out next month, it looks insane it hosts VSTs and can slave to another program(like Live) -Matt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
