Would anybody be opposed to having an official FS, WTB, WTT forum?

I'm all for that, but it would be better if it's separated into amps/cabs, guitars, etc. like TGP.

My mistake. And honestly how much of a scam can this guy be running if he Sent you the guitar on his dime for trial first without any payment up front.

That's not what happened. He shipped his fake thinking joey was shipping his 2 guitars out as well. When joey saw the fake pictures, he held off.

If this guy gets this guitar back, I guarantee he will rip somebody else off with it.

That is perfectly fine and that's what I would do.

Send it back either way like Mega says?? Nigga please!! :D

No I was going to look up his Ebay ID. I don't ever want to deal with him. :D

Edit: I really would like to know, so you can PM it if you want. I'm not going to email him. He's not worth my effort to type. :thu:

    HMMMM

    2) Who the {censored} in their right mind would send a legitimate JEM guitar to someone they dont know at all with no written contract or anything?

Come on guys, put 2 and 2 together.

No {censored}, you guys saying it was an honest mistake are insane.

The guy was trying to steal from joeyinflames by pawning off some fake piece of {censored} for much higher priced gear.

Trust me, I'm the last thing wrong with the world. I have never had a transaction problem on my end, but I have dealt with dishonest assholes like that guy.

Also, keeping the guitar is hardly justice. I'd say justice would be knocking all the guy's teeth out and pissing on his face. Yeah, that would make me feel better. ;)

{censored} that, what goes around comes around.

    Keep it.

can he get me legally if i keep the guitar?

Not if he doesn't respond saying he wants it back and pays for the shipping. Even then, I'm not so sure he can do anything if you keep it. He failed to deliver on his end of the contract anyway.
