On a related note. A saw a used MIM Strat for $199 at GC today. Was hanging right next to a MIM Strat for $299. It had a little crud around the knobs, but otherwise looked to be in similar condition. Anyone know why there would be a $100 difference?

They would need to be run during a History Channel or Discovery Channel-type "music gear" program. Just like you only see fishing equipment commercials while watching outdoor-based programming. They still sell a lot of fishing equipment.

Hmmmm, you would think they could run on CMT or VH1. MTV doesn't play music anymore do they?
